Leadership & Staff Workshops

I attended two great courses by Dorothy Doppstadt. I took her training “Managing Stress during Uncertain Times.” And filled up two pages of notes with all of her advice and wisdom. She had a way of getting people to open up about their experiences and then "supporting them" with encouraging words and insights. I also took her course “Taking the Stress out of Stressful Conversations.” I learned a lot about managing emotions at work during stressful encounters in this class and she reinforced the normalcy of this experience. I got a lot out of this class in the form of book recommendations, frameworks, ideas and questions that I will use to handle difficult moments that are natural in the workplace.
